Alcohol and caffeine are not good for our health we should avoid them. It affects our brain. It affects men’s and women’s bodies in different ways
FAMILY HISTORY:
Family history also depends on our health. If we have diabetes in the family we should avoid sugar, do a walk properly and scan ourselves at least once a year or if feel any symptoms in our body.
