DEFINITION:
Health itself defined as the physical and mental condition of a person. A healthy person which is free from any mental disturbance, depression, disease or injury….
As someone has truly said, “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.”
Types of Health:
There are many types of health for example:
- Physical Health
- Mental Health
- Social Health
- Environmental Health
PHYSICAL HEALTH:
It describes the condition of your body physically, like are we feeling well and fresh, are we able to stand, walk, talk, do house chores freshly do all types of work, or are we feeling low, dizzy, lazy, etc. So, one should take a healthy diet like adding more vegetables in your diet, take milk, drink lots of water, etc. Always do exercise, because it is very important for our life and one thing to take care of is our daily routine plays a vital role in our life.
MENTAL HEALTH:
It refers to the health of our mind, the way we think negatively or positively, our emotions…Mental health is equally important as physical, because if we are physically healthy and doing some work for achievement but our mind didn’t focus on that topic so it’s just useless and we should always be positive, relaxed, and happy to make our mind healthy. Negative thoughts, worries, stress, and depression will destroy our minds completely.
SOCIAL HEALTH:
It states how we communicate with others. It is the state of spreading happiness among the people around you. For example, if we are going to any party or meeting, it depends on us how we interact with people and on that basis, our health got plus or minus marks.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH:
It defines as the relationship between humans and the environment. It includes air, noise, etc. As air is the main source of living so it should be clean and pure for our healthy life, if the air is impure and dusty it affects our health physically as well as mentally because due to dusty air we will face problems in breathing and our minds constantly think about that and we will be disturbed.
In short, health is the best gift from God so we should take care by avoiding unhealthy food, sleeping late at night, negativity, stress, etc.
