When we watch any inspiring video or come across any inspiring story or quote, we feel fired up and highly driven to achieve our dreams. However, after some days, the motivation or the energy gradually fades away and once again we feel less motivated. What is it that we can do to stay consistently motivated and full of energy all the time?
To achieve constant motivation, first, you need to understand what motivation is? If we look at the literal definition of word motivation, “It is the energy that directs us to act/behave in a certain way to achieve our goals and objectives of life”
Every one of us is unique and have our different goals, so are the things/ forces that can motivate us or drive our energy in the direction that can lead us to achieve our aims.

As per one of the motivational speakers, there are three things, balance between which are essential to achieve the state of consistent motivation. Those three things are mind, body, and intellect. If we are not physically active, we won`t have the energy to decide and take the initiative to achieve our goals. If this is the case, we have to work on our bodies. If we are lazy, our blood circulation won`t be smooth as it should be. Exercising is essential to stay healthy physically and mentally.
Mind and body are connected. We have to watch out for what we eat and how much time we spend on our bodies. For a healthy mind, we need to have a healthy body. It has been proven by research as well that, “a healthy body leads to a healthy mind”. Our mind stays excited and depressed all the time, all we have to do is observe the situations intellectually/logically.
Simplify your life, divide it into three major things which are body, mind, and intellect. We have to strictly observe ourselves; nobody knows us better than us. Only through observation, we will be able identify where we are lacking and what is stopping us to achieve optimal and consistent motivation. We have to solve the puzzle of our life.
